A couple of weeks ago I saw ETSU's theatre department's production of Mr. Burns, with my dance teacher, Cara Harker, as the directer of the play. A brief synopsis of the play would be that a group of people in a post apocalyptic world get together and try to remember an episode of the Simpsons. In act two this turns into a groups of traveling actors performing Simpson's episodes so they can buy basic supplies. Finally, in act three, this concept of the Simpson's turns into a mythological epic, performed with dramatized characters, interprative dance, and music.
